 This representation of one of the Alliance's Generals was made from a POTF2 Han Endor. 

After "shaving" Han's head, sculpey was added for the General's receeding hairline, beard and mustache.  

Sculpey also was added for the inner shirt collar. A bit of trimming was also needed on the pants, to remove the blaster holster Han had. 

Other than that, this custom required a repaint, and viola! One of the masterminds behind the success at Yavin 4.
