The recipe used for this figure was a Tarkin body, Chancellor Valorum head, sculpey and paint. I had a Tarkin carded, so I carefully removed his bubble from the card, keeping his guns intact. I used the "boil and pop" method of removing Tarkin's head, as well as the head off a Chancellor Valorum figure. I did a head swap, and sculpted the Admiral's hat on. Repainting the face, medals, hat and hands were all that was needed. If I had an extra Piett, I would have used him, as he is not as thin as Tarkin. 

I made a custom card for this figure, using the templates from the FFURG.com. I imported a pic of Ozzel, changed the logo to "Kuppe" instead of "Kenner". I printed this new cardfront (and a new bio for the back of the card) onto full-sheet label paper and applied it to the card. I re-attached the bubble and plastic hook, and viola! An Ozzel carded figure!
