 Wuher was the seamy bartender in the Mos Eisley Cantina.

This figure was made from a vintage Rancor Keeper with sculpey added for his jacket and bar towel. Since the Rancor Keeper had no hair, sculpey was also added and "styled" (if you can call "a mess" a style...) and also added to his bulbous nose. 

A pencil was used to make his "5 o'clock shadow" as well.
