 This is Guri, from the novel, "Shadows of the Empire". A human replicant droid in the service of Prince Xizor, she is programmed as an assassin for the Black Sun criminal organization. 

Guri was made from a 6" McFarlane figure, Tenchi (see below for the original figure). After slicing up the anime figure, sculpey was added for hair, top, gloves and boots (as well as some facial features to make her less "cartoonish"). The rest was just a repaint. Her arms and legs still retain their original articulation. 

Since the McFarlane figure was a smiling anime character, I had to add nostrils to Guri and carve an open mouth showing her gritting teeth!
